Samoran Investments Limited to increase its stake in Rostok-Holding

Kernel issued 2 million new shares

News -

Kernel, the largest producer of sunflower oil in Ukraine, issued 2.09 million of new ordinary bearer shares without indication of a nominal value bearing code. New shares were placed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). Capitalization of Kernel increased 19.7% to $802 million in the period from April 2 to 9, 2020.
