Usina Açucareira Furlan S.A. to be acquired by São Martinho S.A. and Raízen S.A.
News -São Martinho S.A. and Raízen S.A, two producers and exporters of sugarcane from Brazil, signed an agreement to jointly acquire sugar cane and other biological assets from UsinaAçucareiraFurlan S.A., affiliated with the Santa Bárbara D'Oeste’s mill in the state of São Paulo, for R$118 million ($ 30.6 million). This transaction is aligned with the strategy of increasing the availability of sugarcane for processing at the Raízen and São Martinho plants.

SanCor lost another key business partner

Inversora Juramento receives $ 17 million

Conaprole´s dairy conflict gets worse

Fridevi S.A. exports meat to Japan
News -The meat producer Fridevi S.A. invested into the modernization of its plant in Viedma, Argentina to export meat from Argentina to Japan. The first shipment of 11 tonnes of meat to Japan will take place this month.
