Agromino’s largest shareholder increased its stake to 43%

Mabon investiční fond s proměnným základním kapitálem a.s., the largest shareholder of Agromino, purchased 3.1 million shares of the company for a total of SEK 53.57 million ($ 6 million) corresponding to a price of SEK 17 ($ 1.91) per share. Mabon thus increased its number of shares to 7.5 million, which corresponds to 43.05% of the total number of shares and votes in the company. GoMobile Nu AB, the company’s second largest shareholder, announced about the sale of 1.48 million shares for a total of SEK 25.6 million ($ 2.8 million) corresponding to a price of SEK 17 ($1.91) per share. If the condition is fulfilled, GoMobile Nu AB will hold less than 15% of the total number of shares and votes in the company. Agromino, an agribusiness company in Ukraine, Russia and Estonia, received a net loss of € 2.8 million ($ 3.24 million) for the first half of 2018 compared to a net loss of € 9.5 million ($ 11 million) for the same period in 2017.
