Adecoagro and Vicentín hold part of SanCor's business

The Argentine dairy cooperative SanCor accepted the offers to sell some of its businesses made by the agro-industrial group Adecoagro and the Vicentin Family Group. The deal will include the takeover of SanCor’s two industrial plants and two brands by Adecoagro and the takeover of a distribution center by Vicentin. SanCor is amid difficult financial situation. Its estimated debt amounts to $ 11.5 million of commercial loans and about $ 3.4 million of taxes.
