A.G.R. Group to expand farmland to 50,000 hectares

A.G.R. Group, a Ukraine-based agroholding, plans to expand its farmland area to 50,000 hectares until 2021. At the moment, the company operates 28,800 hectares in the Poltava, Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Sumy regions, of them 21,000 hectares are under corn, and 7000 hectares are under soybeans. In mid-2020, A.G.R. Group launched the first stage of its new grain elevator complex in the Sumy region worth $17 million.
