Agrocomplex to increase soybean processing

Agrocomplex, a Russia-based agroholding, reports that its processing plant has produced 43,000 tonnes of soybean meal and 7,700 tonnes of soybean oil from 56,000 tonnes of soybeans in 2019/2020 production season. In the mid-term perspective, the company wants to double its processing capacity to 100,000 tonnes of soybeans per season. The worth of investments in the project was $6.6 million. Soybean meal and oil produced at the plant are further used by Agrocomplex for the production of compound feedstuff for the needs of its livestock farms.
With the launch of its own processing plant, Agrocomplex managed to increase the quality and reduce the cost of feedstuff production.
