Agroinvestgroup ready to restructure debts

Agroinvestgroup, a Ukraine-based agroholding that went bankrupt in early 2019, is searching the opportunities to restructure its debts. The company is known to be involved in a fraud scheme which affected 60% of grain market players of Ukraine, both national and international.

Recently, the co-owner of Agroinvestgroup Vitalii Kucherenko announced his willingness to provide investigative authorities with the documents proving his innocence in connection with the case of Agroinvestgroup. Further, Mr. Kucherenko plans to negotiate with all affected parties on possible ways to compensate their losses from the fraud scandal.
