Albacon Ventures Limited increased its stake in Astarta Kyiv

Albacon Ventures Limited owned by Viktor Ivanchyk, CEO at the Ukraine-based agroholding Astarta Kyiv, acquired 100,000 shares of Astarta, increasing its stake in Astarta by 0.4% to 38.39%. After this deal, the total stake of Albacon Ventures Limited in Astarta equals 9.6 million shares. Astarta operates 250,000 hectares of farmland and is one of Ukraine’s largest sugar producers. Earlier, Astarta reported to have attracted a loan in the amount of $ 20 million from the German investment corporation DEG.
