Astarta-Kyiv paid $114.3 million in taxes in 2019-2020

Astarta-Kyiv, a vertically integrated agroholding operating 250,000 hectares of farmland in Ukraine, reports to have paid $114.3 million in taxes in 2019 and 2020. Of this sum, $50 million went to the state budget: $6.7 million as income tax, $42.9 million as VAT, $167,900 as environmental tax. Local budgets in the regions of Astarta's presence were replenished by $64.3 million, of which $32.3 million were personal income tax and military tax, and $19.5 million were unified social contribution. In 2020, Astarta invested about $1.8 million in corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects.
