Astarta-Kyiv to sell its subsidiary in Central Ukraine

Astarta-Kyiv, Ukrainian vertically integrated agroholding operating 250,000 hectares of farmland, plans to sell one of its agricultural subsidiaries in the Cherkasy region. The enterprise is engaged in crop and livestock production and reportedly operates 4,700 hectares and 1,500 heads of cattle. A possible purchaser is a Ukrainian agricultural company with activities in the Poltava region.
