Astarta to purchase an elevator

Astarta, a vertically integrated agroholding operating 250,000 hectares of farmland in eight regions of Ukraine, will acquire the Ukrainian Resources’ grain storage company. The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has issued permission to Astarta to acquire the Ukrainian Resources. The enterprise has its own grain elevator and is engaged in financial leasing and non-specialized wholesale trade.
