Australlian Billionaire to buy large-scale cattle station

Tattarang, a private investment company owned by Australian businessman Andrew Forrest, stroke a deal to acquire a large-scale cattle station Jubilee Downs from in Western Australia from American billionaire and environmentalist Edward Bass. The worth of the deal is $30 million. The station maintains 11,500 cattle and has 220,000 hectares of pastoral land under control.

Mr. Forrest already owns 1.2 million hectares of pastoral land in Western Australia and plans to build an $80 million cattle feedlot in the nearest future.
