BFR to sell all its operations in Argentina

Brazilian BFR, the world's largest exporter of chicken meat, announced a restructuring plan of its businesses in Europe and Thailand and a divestiture of its companies in Argentina. This is a part of a debt restructuring process, which involves the sale of all BRF’s operations in Argentina. With this plan and sale of assets, the company intends to raise US $ 1.3 million. In Argentina, BRF made significant investments and owns half of the most important meat and poultry meat processing plants.
