Cherkizovo to purchase a subsidiary of Prioskolie

Broiler Invest, the subsidiary of the Russian agroholding Cherkizovo Group, plans to acquire Krasnoyaruzhsky Broiler, the subsidiary of Prioskolie company. The deal may reach RUB 560 million ($ 8.6million).The main activity of Krasnoyaruzhsky Broiler is poultry and eggs farming. The capacity of the complex amounts to 500,000 birds and 80 million hatching eggs per year. With this acquisition Cherkizovo Group will increase its egg production volume to 300 million per year.
