Creative Group dissolved as legal entity

Creative Group, a former Ukraine-based agroholding, has been dissolved as a legal entity by Kyiv Commercial Court. The company was declared bankrupt back in 2018. The total debt of Creative Group was estimated at $251.4 million. Creative Group was engaged in crop and pork production. The company operated three sunflower processing plants, one soybean processing plant, four margarine production plants, and one biofuel plant.
