Danish investor bought over 5% of Kernel’s shares

Kernel Holding SA, a Ukraine-based agroholding, has lately sold 5.02% of its voting rights attached to shares to a Danish investment company Lind Invest ApS. Currently, 39.16% of Kernel’s shares remain under control of its founder Andriy Verevskyi (Namsen Ltd), 3.84% of shares are treasury stock, and the remaining 54% of shares are owned by public investors. Kernel is the world’s leading producer of sunflower oil.
