Don Agro to conduct IPO on Singapore Stock Exchange

Don Agro, a Russia-based agroholding, has reportedly applied for initial public offering (IPO) on the Singapore stock exchange. The funds raised from IPO will be invested in acquiring farmland area and machinery. Don Agro is engaged in crop and livestock farming and operates 53,200 hectares of farmland in the Rostov region of Russia. Previously, the company was a part of a bankrupt Russian agroholding Razgulay.
