Donskaya Indeyka to build new turkey farm

Russian large-scale poultry producer Donskaya Indeyka plans to build a new turkey farm in the Voronezh region. The facility will maintain 120,000 heads of parent flock and is expected to annually produce 6 million hatching eggs, which will be supplied to the local farm enterprises. In addition, the new farm will produce up to 3,500 tonnes of turkey meat annually. The total worth of the project is estimated at $20.4 million. The farm is to be launched in 2022.
