Epicentr K acquired subsidiary of Svarog West Group

Epicentr K, a Ukraine-based agroholding, has completed the acquisition of Khmelnytsk-Agro, one of the subsidiaries of another Ukrainian agroholding Svarog West Group. With this deal, Epicentr K expanded its farmland area almost 40% to 160,000 hectares. The acquired enterprise is engaged in crop, seed and livestock productions. Epicentr K plans to raise grain exports 40-50% to 1 million tonnes in the next fiscal year.
