JBS to increase meat exports to China
11 April 2019
JBS, the Brazil-based meat producer, expects the demand for meat in China to grow due to massive swine fever outbreaks across the country. Also, rising incomes of the population might be another factor for the increase of meat consumption in China. So far, JBS subsidiaries in four Brazil states have been certified to export meat to China. As reported by JBS, the company is developing direct relationships with Chinese distributors.
