KazAgro to sell KazAgroProduct

KazAgro Holding, a state-owned Kazakhstani agroholding, intends to sale its subsidiary company KazAgroProduct. The market value of the subsidiary is currently estimated at KZT 14.3 billion ($38.6 million). According to the official announcement of KazAgro Holding, 100% of the shares of KazAgroProduct are to be sold via E-auction on November 21, 2018.
