Kernel became Ukraine’s largest corn exporter in 2019

Kernel, one of Ukraine’s largest agroholdings and the world’s leading producer of sunflower oil, exported 3.5 million tonnes of corn in the first half of 2020, which is 19.6% of the total volume of corn exported from Ukraine within this period of time. With this result, the company headed the ranking of Ukraine’s 15 largest corn exporters in H1 2020 prepared by Latifundist.com. Among the other agroholdings that entered the list are Nibulon (1.06 million tonnes), and Agroprosperis (0.7 million tonnes). The rest exporters on the list are mainly international trading companies.
