Kernel sold its last asset in Russia

Kernel, a Ukraine-based agroholding, sold its 50%-stake in Russia-based Taman grain terminal to VTB Group. The worth of the deal is $65 million. Kernel and VTB Group have been in talks on the sale of the terminal since late 2019. As a result of the deal, Kernel has no more business assets in Russia. The rest 50% of shares in the Taman terminal belongs to the Swiss Glencore Agriculture.
