Kernel’s shareholders to re-acquire up to 19.2 million of shares
06 September 2021
Kernel, one of Ukraine's largest agroholdings and the world's leading producer of sunflower oil, reports that its shareholders have decided to buy back up to 19.2 million of Kernel’s shares within the next two years for a total of about $250 million. The purchase price of shares should lie between $13.12 and $17.05 per share. The key drivers behind share repurchase are accumulated liquidity and no attractive investment opportunities in the short-term perspective.
