KSG Agro to expand pig production

KSG Agro, a Ukraine-based agroholding, plans to invest $925,000 in the development of its pig farm in the Dnipropetrovsk region. In particular, the company wants to raise pig production 15% in 2020. The number of sows at the farm is expected to grow from 4,500 to 8,600. With this project, KSG Agro aims to meet the growing demand for pigs with high-quality genetic characteristics in Ukraine. For now, the project has been implemented 50%.
