Kuban-Vino to expand vineyards to 9,000 hectares

Kuban-Vino, a Russia-based wine producer and a subsidiary of the agroholding Ariant, wants to plant additional 1,000 hectares of vineyards by 2020, thus expanding its operated farmland under vineyards to a total of 9,000 hectares. For this purpose, Kuban-Vino will use its own planting material. In 2019, the company plans to grow 2.52 million grape seedlings. Also, Kuban-Vino expects to harvest 75,000 tonnes of grapes in the upcoming harvesting season.
