Kusto Agro to acquire two enterprises from AgroGeneration

Kusto Agro, an agroholding that operates 12,300 hectares of land in Ukraine, was authorized by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to acquire the Lishchynske agricultural enterprise and the Tereschenka Agrarian Fund enterprise from the AgroGeneration holding. Both enterprises produce cereals and industrial crops on the total farmland area of 12,000 hectares in the Zhytomyr region of Ukraine.
Earlier, AgroGeneration reported on selling 5 of its agricultural enterprises in the Zhytomyr, Lviv, Ternopil and Kharkiv regions of Ukraine, with a total farmland area of 30,000 hectares.
