Marfrig launched vegan meat brand

Marfrig, a Brazil-based meat producer and processor, launched the production of plant-based meat products under the brand Revolution. The company plans to supply non-meat burgers and other vegan alternatives to meat locally as well as export them. Marfrig decided to expand its production portfolio in response to a global trend towards the growing demand for vegan meat. The expected volume of investments in the promotion of the new brand has not been disclosed.
