MHP allocated $1 million for anti-coronavirus campaign

MHP, Ukraine’s largest poultry producer, has allocated $1 million to help the authorities in the regions of the company’s operations overcome COVID-19 outbreak. In particular, $ 540,000 went to the Cherkasy region, and $500,000 were transferred to the Vinnytsia region of Ukraine. The funds will be invested in the purchase of medical equipment such as lung ventilators as well as sanitizers, disinfectants and personal protective equipment for the local hospitals. MHP operates 370,000 hectares of farmland and occupies a major share of over 50% on the domestic poultry market.
