MHP: chicken meat exports up 43%

MHP, a Ukraine-based agroholding, has exported 190,500 tonnes of chicken meat in the first half of 2019, a 43% increase compared to the same period last year. The main export destinations were the countries of EU, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Also, MHP has increased chicken meat production 15% to 353,600 tonnes in the first half of 2019, as compared with the first half of 2018. The key factor behind production increase was expanding production capacities at one of MHP’s subsidiaries, the Vinnytsia poultry farm.
