MHP: demand for poultry in Ukraine up during COVID-19 quarantine

MHP, Ukraine’s largest poultry producer, reports demand for its chicken production to have risen 20% countrywide since the quarantine measures in the context of COVID-19 came into force. In particular, packaged poultry is most preferred among the consumers. Earlier, MHP allocated $1 million for anti-coronavirus campaign. MHP operates 370,000 hectares of farmland and controls over 50% of Ukrainian poultry market.
