MHP: revenue up 36%

MHP, Ukraine’s leading poultry producer, generated revenue of $ 946 million in January-June 2019, which is 36% higher as compared to the same period last year ($ 694 million). At the same time, net profit in the first half of 2019 amounted to $ 171 million, a 10% decrease compared to the first half of 2018. Operating profit of the company fell 17% to $177 million as compared to the same period of 2018 ($ 212 million). Operating margin decreased from 31% to 19%, while EBITDA decreased from $ 263 million to $ 247 million.
