Progress Agro to export pork cuts to Southeast Asia

Progress Agro, a Russia-based agroholding, wants to start exporting pork cuts which are not in demand on the Russian market, in particular, pigs’ trotters, ears, and tails. The company considers the countries of Southeast Asia as the key destination region for this kind of meat products. Currently, Progress Agro is preparing the documents and undergoing audit procedures to start meat products supply. Progress Agro operates 112,000 hectares of farmland and is engaged in crop, meat, raw milk and sugar production. The company owns two large-scale pig farms.
