Rostov Grain Company acquired assets of Belaya Ptica

Rostov Grain Company, a subsidiary of Resource Group of Companies, purchased the Belaya Ptica - Rostov subsidiary of Belaya Ptica Holding. Resource is one the largest Russian poultry producers while Belaya Ptica Holding operates three poultry enterprises in the Rostov region of Russia.
In 2017, Belaya Ptica had a 5% share of the Russian poultry market, with a total production of 302,000 tonnes of broiler meat in live weight. In the same year, Resource Group of Companies occupied 8% of the market, with a production volume of 454,000 tonnes of broiler meat. In 2018, the company increased production of poultry meat to 615,000 tonnes in live weight.
