Rota-Agro to produce sheep milk

Rota-Agro, Russian large-scale agricultural producer, plans to start the production of sheep milk on its sheep farm in the Moscow region. 152 Lacaune sheep have been lately delivered to the farm from Austria. Rota-Agro expects to begin sheep milk production in early 2022 reaching the monthly output volumes of 5 tonnes until 2023. Rota-Agro operates eight livestock farms and 10,000 hectares of farmland and is engaged in dairy, meat, and compound feedstuff production.
