Rusagro to raise sugar production

Rusagro, a Russia-based agroholding and large-scale sugar producer, reports to have started 2021/22 sugar season. This year, the company plans to raise sugar production due to an upward trend in sugar beet yields. Rusagro operates nine sugar factories with a total sugar production capacity of 54,000 tonnes per day. Rusagro’s annual molasses production capacity is 300,000 tonnes.
