SanCor is selling its assets

SanCor, the Argentina-based dairy cooperative, plans to sell a 10 % share of its joint operations with Vicentin Group. The cooperative will also sell its Chivilcoy and Morteros plants. The joint company with Vicentin, valued at $ 100 million was established in June 2016. In the time following, SanCor will focus on the operation of its plants in Córdoba and Santa Fe.
