SLC Agricola: net profit up 34%

The Brazil-based agroholding SLC Agricola operating 404,000 hectares of farmland, reported a net profit of $ 27.9 million in Q1 2019, a 34,2% decrease compared to the same period last year. Net revenue increased 15.5% to $ 161.6 million within the same period.

SLC Agricola’s total assets comprised $ 1.5 billion in Q1 2019, a 20% increase compared to Q1 2018. Net debt increased 43.2% to $ 309.6 million within the recorded period.
