Steppe Agroholding keeps growing in farmland

Steppe Agroholding, a Russia-based large crop producer, continues to increase its farmland area. By the end of 2019, the company plans to purchase 50,000 hectares to reach the size of 500,000 hectares. In 2020, Steppe intends to further purchase land in order to farm 600,000 hectares by the end of the year. For now, the main operations of Steppe are concentrated in the Krasnodar and Stavropol Krai as well as in the Rostov region. With the new growth plans, Steppe will have to expand to other regions of Russia as well as to diversify own crop structure.
