Terra Santa reduced losses

Terra Santa Agro, a 156 thousand hectares producer of agricultural commodities in Brazil, announced a net loss of R$ 23.19 million (about $ 6.3 million) in the third quarter of 2018, a value which is 64.26% lower than the net loss of R$ 64.87 million (about $ 17.5 million) recorded in the third quarter of 2017. The company's year-over-year net income increased 166% from R$ 100.55 million ($ 27.2 million) to R$ 267.81 million ($ 72.4 million). The total value of assets of the company amounts to R$ 2.29 billion ($ 619 million), 6.23% higher than in the third quarter of 2017.
