UkrLandFarming lacks tractor drivers

Head of HR department at the Ukraine-based agroholding UkrLandFarming Natalia Romanenko mentioned that a tractor driver is the most in-demand job at her agroholding, with the median age of all tractor drivers employed at UkrlandFarming of over 50 years. Also, the demand for truck drivers, animal production technicians and veterinarians at UkrLandFarming remains high. Mid-level management executives are also in demand at the company.
