UKROAGRO ALLIANCE disproves KSG Agro’s announcement on restructuring its debt to Big Dutchman

KSG Agro, a Ukraine-based agroholding, has allegedly released misleading news on restructuring its debt to Big Dutchman. Another Ukrainian agroholding, UKROAGRO ALLIANCE, reports to have taken over the KSG Agro’s debt to big Dutchman in October 2018 while the agreement between KSG Agro and UKROAGRO ALLIANCE on further debt repayment was signed in April 2019. Thus, KSG Agro does not have outstanding debts to Big Dutchman. At the same time, UKROAGRO ALLIANCE expects the agroholding to comply with its obligations and to repay debt on mutually agreed terms, which have not been disclosed.
