Zakhidnyi Bug to invest $14 million in storage and processing capacities

Zakhidnyi Bug, a large-scale Ukrainian crop producer, plans to build a grain elevator, a flour mill, and a pasta plant in 2021. This way, the company wants to engage in high value-added production. The facilities are expected to be launched in 2022. The total worth of investments in the projects is estimated at $14 million. Also, the company plans to invest $2.7 million in renewal of its machinery park. Currently, Zakhidnyi Bug operates 64,000 hectares of farmland area. Its total grain storage capacity is 108,000 tonnes.
