Adecoagro invests $ 5 million in rice processing

The Argentina-based agroholding Adecoagro has entered the market of toasts and snacks with its brand Molinos Ala, spending $ 5 million on launching the processing plant in the city of Pilar in Argentina. Adecoagro operates 40,000 hectares of rice and is recognized as the largest rice producer in the country. Thus, the company produces 20% of rice consumed in the country.
