Agromino's board chairman gained more control over the company

Agromino, a Denmark-based agroholding with operations in Estonia, Russia and Ukraine, reports its Board Chairman Peter Krogman increased his stake in Agromino through the Czech investment fund Mabon. In particular, Peter Krogman bought 114,000 shares of the company at a price of $ 1.74 per share. The transaction value was almost $ 200,000. As for December 2019, Peter Krogman owned 9.85 million shares (a 56.56% stake) of Agromino.
