Agroton: net profit down 60%

Agroton, a Ukraine-based agroholding operating 110,000 hectares of farmland, reported net profit of $5.2 million in 2019, a 61.5% decrease as compared to 2018 ($13.5 million). The company's revenue decreased 5% to $54.4 million, while gross profit declined 48% to $10.4 million within the same time period. Operating loss reached $4.3 million, as compared to operating profit of $11.5 million in 2018.
