Agroton: net profit up 1.6 times

Agroton, an agroholding operating 110,000 hectares of farmland in Ukraine, reported net profit of $ 13.5 million in 2018, a 62.6% increase compared to 2017 ($ 8.3 million). Gross profit rose 22% to almost $ 20 million, while operating profit grew 33.7% to $ 11.5 million. Revenue increased 10.4% to $ 57.2 million in 2018. At the same time, Agroton’s earnings per share increased 1.63 times to $ 0.62, compared to $ 0.38 in 2017.
