Cherkizovo to invest over $1 billion in business development

Cherkizovo, one of Russia's largest meat producers, plans to implement several new projects worth over $1 billion in total, mainly in the Tula region. In particular, $664 million will go to the construction of the country's largest meat processing cluster. In addition, the company wants to launch a poultry processing plant worth $116 million within 2023-2025.
Also, Cherkizovo intends to double poultry meat output in the Altai Krai by investing $36 million in poultry production projects in the region. Over $304 million will be allocated for the new projects in the Lipetsk region: construction of six poultry farms, four pig farms, a feed mill, and a grain storage complex.
