Cygnet completed sugar season

Cygnet, a vertically integrated Ukrainian agroholding, reports to have completed sugar season 2020 at its sugar plant. In 2020, the company produced 18,900 tonnes of sugar from 140,300 tonnes of sugar beets. This year’s season became the shortest in the history of the plant due to unfavorable weather conditions and, accordingly, declined sugar beets supply. The plant’s daily production capacity was up to 3,000 tonnes of sugar. Cygnet operates 28,000 hectares of farmland and is engaged in crop, sugar, and raw milk production.
