Damate to increase dairy herd up to 6,000 cows

Damate, a Russia-based agroholding has started the third stage of construction of its dairy complex Tyumen dairy farms. So far the dairy complex is among the largest milk facilities in Russia, with a dairy herd of 4,600 cows. With the launch of the project, the number of dairy cows is to reach 6,000, and the annual milk output of the complex is to hit 55,000 tonnes. The volume of investment in the third construction phase equals $ 15.6 million (RUB 1 billion), while the total worth of the project is $ 83.8 million (RUB 6 billion).
